Windows 11: The New Standard
Windows 11 brings a redesigned interface, improved gaming with DirectStorage and Auto HDR, better multi-monitor support, and a revamped Microsoft Store. It requires TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, so older hardware may not qualify.
Windows 10: Still Going Strong
Windows 10 receives security updates until October 2025 and runs on virtually any modern PC. If your hardware doesn't support Windows 11, Windows 10 is an excellent choice — and it includes a free upgrade path to Windows 11 when your hardware is compatible.
Our Verdict
If your PC supports Windows 11, go for Windows 11 Pro for the best long-term value. If you have older hardware, Windows 10 Pro is still a solid, fully supported choice.
