Eligible Refund Situations
You are entitled to a full refund under any of the following circumstances:

- ✅ The key was already used before you received it
- ✅ The product delivered is different from what you ordered
- ✅ A technical error caused duplicate charges to your account
- ✅ You did not receive your key within 24 hours of purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:

- ❌ You changed your mind after activation
- ❌ You purchased the wrong product (we encourage you to contact us first — we'll do our best to help)
- ❌ Compatibility issues due to your hardware or existing software configuration

- Mollie: 1–5 business days (varies by method)
Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Processing times are outside our control once the refund is issued.
